- The Apostle Paul knew from the very beginning of his Christian life that his obedience to Christ would lead to suffering. There were many Jews that were spreading rumors about Paul that he was teaching heresy. They formed mobs and tried to kill Paul as he appeared before the Sanhedrin. Paul gives us an example of a life lived entirely focused on bringing glory to Christ by obeying even when the going got tough. Main Passages: Acts 21:17-26:32; Philippians 3:13-14
