As we continue our study of the book of Acts we find that whenever there is opportunity to share the Gospel that opposition will soon follow. The reason this happens is because there is an enemy of the Gospel that does not want to see people's lives transformed. We must continue to trust that the Gospel is the power of God for salvation and share this truth in spite of the suffering we face. Main Passage: Acts 16:11-17:15

The Feasts of Israel were established by God to represent God's dealings with the Jewish people as a nation and as a picture of the coming Messiah. The Feast of Trumpets was the first of three fall feasts that God used to teach the Jewish people how to find their rest in God. As Christians, we too must find our rest in God.
